Where have the last two weeks gone? On Thursday, January 31 I drove to Wakefield, Rhode Island with my two friends, Stephanie and Maddy to The Folk Art Quilt Shop for a fun day with Thea Roy, where we learned to combine tea bags in our mutli-media art.
We left there at 5 o'clock to head to Tracy Stilwell's home, in Charlestown to drop off our food and sewing machines for the weekend of Baubles and Beads. It was then off to the Surfside Motel for a good nights sleep.

Our meals were fabulous, with everything cooked by all the girls. Betti made tomato soup and a salad, Stephanie made a Tunisian stew, I brought Francis' pasta sauce and a date and apple cake, Kathy made
macaroni and cheese and there were so many other good things to eat, no one left hungry!
It's always so sad to leave, but we left with our next date on the calendar. See you all in June.
